Physical exertion will catalyse the release of happiness endorphins in your brain.  Go for a 20 minute jog every day and you will feel a lot better.  Exercise is one of the best cures for depression!

Next time you lose your phone charger, don't buy a new one.  Go to the nearest hotel and say you lost it there... Chances are you'll be able to get a new one for free - It'll only be going in the bin anyway.

Three Tips for 24th July

1) Always go out in public dressed as if you were going to meet the love of your life.

2) Buy just a few clothes that you really like - it will make you so much more confident.

3) Stand up straight, it makes you look so much more confident and everyone loves confident people.
