A Tip for 31st July

Physical exertion will catalyse the release of happiness endorphins in your brain.  Go for a 20 minute jog every day and you will feel a lot better.  Exercise is one of the best cures for depression!

  2. Man, I wish I could go for a jog - honestly! But it has been over 100 degrees for over a month here in the South, and I do believe that would kill my out-of-shape self. Perhaps in October, when it dips below 90!

  4. I'm with Mekkor I know that going out for a jog is good for me and what not, but I'm lazy and my chair is comfy.

  12. I could use some jogging or a simple walk, but I caugth cold and I'm just sitting in home or lying in bed ... Awww
