A Tip for 31st July
Physical exertion will catalyse the release of happiness endorphins in your brain. Go for a 20 minute jog every day and you will feel a lot better. Exercise is one of the best cures for depression!
Man, I wish I could go for a jog - honestly! But it has been over 100 degrees for over a month here in the South, and I do believe that would kill my out-of-shape self. Perhaps in October, when it dips below 90!
i know i should move my ass but the lazyness is to strong ^^
